Product Description
This product is a water-based ultra-thin thermal insulation coating refined with nano silica aerogel powder as the core thermal insulation filler, hollow ceramic beads, weather resistant resin and functional additives. It belongs to a new generation of functional energy-saving thermal insulation materials.
After curing, the coating can form a dense and continuous nano porous heat insulation paint film on the surface of the substrate, which can block heat conduction, reflect heat radiation, and inhibit heat convection by relying on the ultra-low thermal conductivity of aerogel, so as to achieve thin layer efficient heat insulation, cooling and insulation effects. The product is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, water based and tasteless, with strong adhesion and simple construction. It has multiple performances of heat insulation and cooling, anti-corrosion and rust prevention, waterproof and moisture-proof, weather resistance and anti-aging, flame retardant and fireproof.
Compared to traditional insulation materials such as felt and rock wool, this product has a thin thickness, does not take up space, is seamless as a whole, has no thermal bridges, and is easy to construct in irregular parts. It can be directly applied to metal tanks, pipelines, building walls, and equipment surfaces, effectively reducing surface temperature, minimizing heat and cold losses, and saving energy consumption. It is widely suitable for industrial high-temperature insulation, building energy conservation, equipment anti-corrosion and cold insulation, and is the preferred material for lightweight energy-saving insulation.

1. Ultra low thermal conductivity: The insulation capacity is 3 to 8 times that of traditional insulation materials, and the same insulation effect thickness is only 1/3 to 1/5 of rock wool
